At this year’s 16th Tasting of young wines and oils Nadin 2024, which was held on Saturday in the new Nadin Community Center, 108 samples of “liquid gold” arrived, mostly from Ravni Kotar and Northern Dalmatia, and a few from Istria. The samples were evaluated by 27 members of the Professional Panel of the Olea Zadar Olive Oil Sensory Analysts Association.
